Which areas do you serve?

We’re based in Lavon and serve East DFW communities including Wylie, Princeton, Farmersville, and Nevada. Availability depends on your address and selected service. Confirm coverage with us before booking.

Can I book bin cleaning just once?

Yes. One-time bin cleaning and recurring plans are available. Choose a one-time clean for a reset, or a recurring plan for service scheduled around trash pickup. See the bin-cleaning page for current options and pricing.

Do I need to be home for service?

For accessible curbside bin cleaning, no. Leave your bins empty at the curb on your scheduled day. For exterior cleaning, commercial work, and lighting, we confirm access and preparation requirements with your service details.

Can you help with more than one service?

Yes. Tell us which areas need attention, and we’ll discuss a proposal for your property. Services are only included when listed in your agreed scope; one booking does not automatically include other cleaning or lighting services.

Will exterior cleaning remove every stain?

Not always. Oil, rust, paint, and existing surface damage may need closer review or may remain visible. We discuss the material, condition, and realistic expectations before agreeing on the work.

What is included with Spotless Lights?
